"Josh and everyone at the office were awesome. He called me, and I wouldn't have answered ,but it said state farm. Which helped my mother out completely after the 2011 tornado outbreak. Agents changed for my mother and things didn't work out. After bouncing around for years. Here's this fella calling, and I never answer if I don't know the person. Josh said, I just can't believe you answered. Phone work can be a lonely road. But we got to talking . Gave me multiple options. And I though ehh, I'll put a pin in that. Without going into details , my health isn't great. But he understood that. Keeps me from driving daily. Anyways , he was awesome. And we decided I'd look into it myself. A month or so goes by. He calls me back. Better rates. Sees my situation, makes adjustments. This after I had contacted many insurance agencies. Cause the coverage was just all wrong. Gets me my quotes. And it's on point. Even got my mother's car and house, with better coverage and we have an agent instead of a broker. A long story even longer. He did not bother me over and over. Kept an eye on anything he could help with. And I came outta this feeling really satisfied with cost and coverage and my agent and office. Not hard to reach. And awesome people. Josh is an excellent agent. And takes care of things to make it easier on a guy that is not tech savvy and going through some medical issues. Highly recommend from me. Long story. But he kept up without begging and disturbing my current situation. Would tell anyone to call Josh at state farm."
